1. RF Switch

 

KORTCOM RF switches utilize a state-of-the-art Silicon wafer production
platform to deliver high performance and high power switch solutions.
Manufactured using an Silicon process, KORTCOM RF switches employ
innovative circuit topologies to provide low insertion loss of 0.5dB,
high port-to-port isolation of 80dB, and high power of 50W(avg.) and
and high linearity needed to enhance the performance of wireless radios.

2. Low Noise Amplifier

 

Low Noise Amplifier

Low Noise Amplifier(LNA) is a signal amplifier located at the front side of the receiver in wireless device and plays a role in amplifying the signal minimizing noise. Gain, noise, stability, reflection, bandwidth and power consumption are the factors needed to consider in designing Low Noise Amplifier. Of these factors, gain and noise figure are the key design factors to achieve a good performance. To design an optimal circuit, a designer needs to understand trade-offs between gain, stability and noise.

The KN amplifier series is based upon a high performance GaAs FET design. HEMT devices are used to achieve low noise figure and available in 800MHz, 1.8~1.9GHz and 2.3GHz. Even wideband frequencies covering 0.2 to 5 GHz. The third order intercept point +35~40 dBm. The KN series utilizes KORTCOM's latest high gain, low noise modules. All units are screened to KORTCOM¡¯s standard screening which includes visual inspection, burn in, temperature cycle, high temperature bake, leak test, constant acceleration, electrical test, and final inspection. They are ideally suitable for industrial and military applications as on request which require excellent performance, high reliability, and quick delivery. They have a proven record for wireless applications within many industrial systems.
